Speaking to media persons in New Delhi, Singh said he still adheres to the allegations made by him, as he has possessed sufficient evidence against the RSS.

“I have said that I will not rule out anything. Let the investigative agencies inquire it. Yes, if they want evidences about Sangh’s involvement in terrorist activities, I have got evidences but not in this case. I have already said on my part that I will not rule out anything,” Pigvijoy said.

Subodh Kanta Sahay was in a Fashion Show, when Mumbai was burning.

During the Mumbai serial blasts on Wednesday 13^th, when the citizens of Mumbai were screaming and weeping, the Union Tourism Minister Subodh Kant Sahay was enjoying then a fashion show in Delhi, so arranged by a former Union Minister and BJP leader Mr Ashok Pradhan for his fashion designer daughter’s debut in this line.

It is reported that the fashion show was completed with the gala presence of many Bolly stars and politico dignitaries. Having been informed about the tragic triple blast in Mumbai SK was still present in the show. However, SK denied the matter later and reacted that he was moved then and there as his wife and daughter are living in Mumbai now a days.

Actually, “Nero”s are still living in our society.

Swami Aseemanand withdraws confession : Swami Aseemanand's earlier confession was a compulsion under tremendous ATS pressures to establish a fake "Saffron Terrorism".

बयान से पलटा असीमानन्द 
 

अजमेर। गरीब नवाज की दरगाह, मक्का मस्जिद, मालेगांव और समझौता एक्सप्रेस में धमाके की साजिश रचने का अदालत को कबूलनामा सौंपने वाला स्वामी असीमानंद अपने बयान से पलट गया है। 

मंगलवार यहां सुनवाई के दौरान उसने राष्ट्रीय अनुसंधान एजेंसी (एनआईए) और आतंककारी निरोधक प्रकोष्ठ (एटीएस) पर शारीरिक एवं मानसिक दबाव डाल मन-मुताबिक बयान लिखवाने का आरोप लगाया है। उसने इस संबंध में अदालत को एक पत्र भी सौंपा। पत्र में उसने तमाम लिखित अपराध स्वीकारोक्ति और वादा माफ गवाह (सरकारी गवाह) बनने का प्रार्थना पत्र जांच एजेंसियों के दबाव में लिखना बताया है। साथ ही उसने सरकारी गवाह बनने की अर्जी निरस्त करने का अनुरोध किया। 

उसने आरोप लगाया कि दिल्ली और पंचकुला में बयान से पूर्व जांच एजेंसियों ने उनके मुताबिक बयान नहीं देने पर विभिन्न मामलों में उसे और परिजन को फंसाने की धमकी दी। दिल्ली में बयान से पूर्व अनुसंधान अधिकारी अदालत कक्ष के बाहर मौजूद रहा। राजस्थान एटीएस ने डर दिखा उसे वादा माफ गवाह बनने की अर्जी लिखने के लिए मजबूर किया। 

नहीं करने दिया वकील
स्वामी असीमानंद ने जांच एजेंसियों पर यह आरोप भी लगाया कि उसे अपने बचाव में वकील नहीं करने दिया जा रहा। जांच एजेंसियों ने धमकी दी है कि जैसा बताया जाए, बस वैसे बयान देते रहो। वकील करने की जरूरत नहीं है। 

राष्ट्रपति को भी चिट्ठी
असीमानंद के अनुसार राष्ट्रपति को भी उसने जांच एजेंसियों के दबाव में अपराध स्वीकारोक्ति का पत्र लिखा है। यह पत्र उसने अंग्रेजी में लिखना बताया है।

सुनवाई 8 अप्रेल को
एटीएस एक बार फिर स्वामी असीमानंद एवं अन्य आरोपियों के खिलाफ आरोप पत्र पेश नहीं कर सकी। आरोप पत्र के लिए एटीएस ने पुन: समय मांगा है। अदालत ने मामले की अगली सुनवाई 8 अप्रेल को मुकर्रर की है।

असीमानंद का ‘यू टर्न’, कहा- नहीं बनना चाहा सरकारी गवाह
अजमेर. दरगाह समेत देश के अन्य हिस्सों में हुए बम ब्लास्ट के मास्टर माइंड बताए जा रहे स्वामी असीमानंद उर्फ नबकुमार सरकार ने मंगलवार को यह कहकर सनसनी फैला दी कि जांच एजेंसियों ने उस पर दबाव डाल कर कबूलनामा करवाया था। असीमानंद ने सीबीआई, एआईए और राजस्थान एटीएस पर प्रताडि़त करने का आरोप लगाया है। असीमानंद ने सीजेएम आरएल मूंड के समक्ष अर्जी दायर कर कहा कि उसकी ओर से दरगाह ब्लास्ट में अप्रूवर (सरकारी गवाह) बनने के लिए जो चि_ी दी गई है, उसे वह वापस लेना चाहता है। असीमानंद का कहना है कि एटीएस ने दबाव डालकर उसे अप्रूवर बनाने का प्रयास किया है। अदालत ने अर्जी पर सुनवाई के लिए 8 अप्रैल की पेशी तय की है।		उमा भारती को नेही  मिलने दिया मप्र की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री एवं भारतीय जनशक्ति पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष उमा भारती को जिला प्रशासन ने दरगाह व अन्य धमाकों के आरोपी असीमानंद से मुलाकात की इजाजत नहीं दी। उमा ने सर्किट हाउस में पत्रकारों से बातचीत में बताया कि असीमानंद के स्वास्थ्य के बारे में जानकारी के लिए वे उनसे मिलना चाहती थीं। 27 मार्च को जेल अधीक्षक को पत्र लिखकर कानूनी रूप से मुलाकात की अनुमति मांगी थी। मौखिक अनुमति के आधार पर वे यहां आईं थीं। बाद में जेल प्रशासन ने बताया कि जिनकी ट्रायल चल रही होती है, उनकी सप्ताह में एक बार ही मुलाकात निश्चित होती हैं। उमा ने कहा, वे शीघ्र ही फिर से असीमानंद से मिलने आएंगी।

Aseemanand says confession was coerced

New Delhi: In a significant development, Swami Aseemanand, who is under scanner for his role in Ajmer, Mecca masjid, Malegaon and the Samjhauta Express blasts, has retracted his previous confessional statement, saying it was "coerced". 

According to reports, the right-wing spiritual leader has made a submission before a court in Ajmer that he was mentally and physically pressurized by the investigating agencies to 'confess' that he was the man behind those blasts. 

Aseemanand is also believed to have informed the court that he was also threatened and being forced to become a government witness in the case. 

He is said to have pleaded before the court to reject his previous application in which he had wished to become a witness in the Ajmer blast case, while deposing that he had no intentions whatsoever to turn approver in the case. 

Besides, Aseemanand, three other accused in the Ajmer blast probe -Harshad Solanki, Bharat Rateshwar and Mukesh Vasani- were produced before the Ajmer court last Tuesday. 

In his letter, Aseemanand has accused the Rajasthan ATS (handling the case so far) of ill-treatment as he was not allowed to hire a lawyer to defend him. 

If reports are to be believed, Aseemanand has also sent a written appeal to the President about his alleged harassment by investigators. 

The development has added a new twist to the ongoing probe into the Ajmer blast and complicated things for the ATS, which has so far failed to file a charge sheet against Assemanand and the other accused. 

Instead, the ATS has also asked the court for giving time till April 8 to file charge sheet against the accused. 

Meanwhile, the Rajasthan government had decided to hand over the investigation into the Ajmer dargah blast case to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). 

However, the Rajasthan ATS declined to comment. A senior official said the investigation was genuine and that they did not want to comment about Aseemanand's application to the court. 

“Aseemanand told the court that the CBI and NIA put pressure on him to confess his role in the blasts, and allegedly threatened to "fix" him in false cases and put his "family in jail", some senior lawyers were quoted as saying. 

Aseemanand had, in his previous confessional statement to the CBI, accepted his role and exposed the intricate network of people and groups responsible for the series of blasts in Malegaon, Ajmer, the Samjhauta Express and Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad.

ए टी एस और सीबीआई जैसी ख़ुफ़िया जांच एजेंसियाँ यथार्थतः सरकार के हाथों की खिलौना मात्र बनकर रह गयी हैं ! इनका जांच हमेशा ही राजनीति प्रेरित होता है ! फलतः ये सरकारों के इशारे के अनुसार ही अपना सारा जाँच कार्य चलाते हैं ! और जब इनके राजनितिक आका इन्हें संकेत करते हैं तब जांच बंद भी हो जाता है ! सरकारी इशारे पर ही मनु शर्मा का केश सीबीआई ने क्लोज कर दिया था ! और अब क्वात्रोची का केश भी बंद कर दिया गया है ! इन घटना क्रमों पर ध्यान देने से मुझे तो लगता है की साध्वी के विरूद्ध चलने वाला यह मुक़दमा झूठा है ! जान-बुझ कर एक हिन्दू संत को बदनाम करने की राजनीति के तहत इन जांच एजेंसियों का राजनितिक दुरुपयोग हो रहा है !

अब प्रश्न उठता है की आखिर सरकारों की ऐसी क्या मजबूरी है इस प्रकार की घिनौनी राजनीति करने की? जबाब सीधा, सरल और साफ़ है ! भारत दुनियाँ का सबसे मजबूत खुला हुआ बाजार है ! और ऐसा बाजार जहाँ लूटने की पूरी छूट है ! कोई भी यहाँ आ सकता है ! किसी भी रास्ते से आ सकता है ! कभी भी आ सकता है ! कई रास्ते हैं ! अगर सीधा रास्ता ना मिले तो मौरीसस के रास्ते से आ सकता है ! भारत को लूटो ! लूट का एक हिस्सा यहाँ के नेताओं के विदेशी बैंको के खाते में जमा कराओ और जब चाहो तब लूट का माल झोली में भरकर वापस चले जाओ ! अब इस मामले में थोडा सा लोचा है ! दूसरी तरफ इस देश का साधु संत देश भक्त है ! धर्म प्राण जनता भी देश भक्त है ! देश सेवा का व्रत लेकर देश का काम करने वाले कई लोग और संगठन हैं ! ये सारी शक्तियां इनके भ्रष्ट-तंत्र के कारिंदों के राह का रोड़ा हैं ! इनके जीते जी यह सारा भ्रष्टाचारी आंखमिचौली का खेल निर्वाध गति से नहीं चल सकता है ! इसीलिए इन्होने हिन्दू आतंकवाद का हौवा खड़ा करके सबसे पहले भारत के संत समाज को टारगेट किया है ! बाद में इनको लगा कि हिन्दू नाम का उपयोग नुकसानदेह साबित हो रहा है ! तब शब्द परिवर्तन करके भगवा आतंकवाद नाम दिया गया इस मुहीम को ! 

इस मुहीम कि शुरुआत हुई ''काँची काम कोटि पीठाधिश्वर पूज्य स्वामी जगद्गुरु शंकराचार्य जयेंद्र सरस्वती जी महाराज'' की गिरफ्तारी से ! और देखिये, समझने की बात है कि जब सारा हिन्दू समाज दिया जलाकर, पटाखे फोड़कर दीपावली की खुशियाँ मना रहा था तब हिन्दू समाज के शीर्ष धार्मिक गुरु की गिरफ़्तारी होती है मनगढ़ंत आरोपों के आधार पर ! हिन्दू समाज को हतोत्साहित एवं अपमानित करने का पूरा षड़यंत्र था यह स्टंट ! सीबीआई कई वर्षों के जांच के पश्चात् भी एक भी आरोप तय नहीं कर पाई जगद्गुरु के विरूद्ध ! जब कि गिरफ़्तारी के तुरंत बाद देश के कई शीर्ष नेताओं का बयान आने लगा था की स्वामी ने सारा अपराध कबूल कर लिया है ! जब अपराध कबूल कर लिया था फिर अपराधों के समर्थन में सीबीआई को साक्ष्य क्यों नहीं मिले ? सीधी सी बात है, जिन नेताओं ने बड़ा उतावलापन और जल्दीबाजी दिखाई स्वामी जी की निंदा करने में उन सब लोगों का देशभक्त स्वामी जी के खिलाफ षड़यंत्र थी यह गिरफ़्तारी ! बाद में क्रमानुसार कई संतों के खिलाफ सीधा आक्रमण हुआ ! कई संतों पर एक के बाद एक मुकदमे थोपे गए ! उनको जेल में डाला गया ! उनके देश भक्ति का इनाम दिया गया उनको प्रताड़ित करके ! लेकिन संत तो संत होता है ! संतों का मन कोमल एवं संवेदनशील जरुर होता है परन्तु थोड़े आघातों से टूट जाए इतना कमजोर नहीं होता है ! संत इस देश कि ताकत है ! और इस ताकत को तोड़ने का भरपूर प्रयत्न हो रहा है ! इस प्रयत्न में स्वामी लक्ष्मानंद जी कि उड़ीसा में हत्या हुई ! स्वामी आशा राम बापू पर मुकदमे चलाये गए ! बाबा रामदेव पर दवाओं में जानवरों की हड्डियाँ मिलाने के आरोप लगाये गए ! अभी स्वामी असीमानंद जी कि गिरफ्तारी हुई ! और अब फिर से बाबा रामदेव पर हमला करते हुए उन्हें ब्लडी इंडियन डौग कहा गया ! इसी प्रयत्न कि एक कड़ी है साध्वी प्रज्ञा पर चलाया जा रहा यह मुक़दमा ! 

ध्यातव्य है की कई आतंकवाद की घटनाओं से सम्बंधित जांच का कार्य बहुत ही धीमा चल रहा है ! शायद ठीक-ठीक कहें तो वो जांच लगभग बंद है ! कुछ उदाहरण दे रहा हूँ ! ११ जुलाई २००६ को मुम्बई की लोकल ट्रेनों में हुए श्रृंखलाबद्ध विस्फोटों, जिनमें  सैकड़ों लोग मारे गए, पर जांच कार्य धीमी क्यों है ? ३ मई २००८ को जयपुर में विस्फोट, १ जनवरी, २५ मार्च व ६ अप्रैल २००९ को गुवाहाटी में हुए विस्फोट, २९ अक्टूबर २००५ को दिल्ली के बाजारों में हुए श्रृंखलाबद्ध विस्फोट के केश क्यों अनसुलझे पड़े हुए हैं ? जांच एजेंसियों की सारी उर्जा केवल संतों के विरूद्ध दुरुपयोग हो रही है ! इसे  समझने की जरुरत है !  

 लगातार एक सुनियोजित रणनीति के तहत गैरजिम्मेवार तरीके से देश के तमाम श्रद्धा केन्द्रों एवं राष्ट्रीय मानविन्दुओं पर हमले हो रहे हैं ! राष्ट्र के धरोहरों पर सरकारी इशारे पर होने वाले हमले बताते हैं कि यह सरकार देशी नहीं विदेशी इशारे पर चल रही है ! देश के सभी देश भक्त जनता को इन तमाम बातों को समझने कि जरुरत है ! हम देश के भले के लिए साथ-साथ खड़े हों यह समय आ गया है ! जागो भारत जागो ! भारत माता अपने पुत्रों को उम्मीद भरी निगाहों से निहार रही है ! जागो मित्रों जागो !  

''देखो वीर जवानों देखो खून पे ये इल्जाम ना आये !

 माँ न कहे कि वक्त पड़ा तो मेरे बेटे काम ना आये !!
